Alright, let’s start with some introduction…
This site is managed and self-published by my humble self (Camilla Osborne). My goal with MySexyHealth is to show you how you can take control of your health and weight through the power of keto.
I’ll show you everything you need to learn about cooking, eating, and living the keto lifestyle authentically. I am confident that if you follow the advice that I share on this website, you’ll get back into shape (and maintain it), become more youthful and energetic, and overall feel better than ever before.
Yes, I know that sounds like a really bold promise. But I’ve been a trained keto coach since 2010. And over the years, I’ve been inspiring women like yourself on how to live the keto lifestyle authentically…without ever resorting to sacrificing a lot of time, eating boring meals, or endangering your health.
I’ve taught these same principles to hundreds of my clients around the world and tens of thousands of people that have attended events where I’ve been invited to speak. And the best part for me is the volumes of testimonials that keep pouring in every day.

Who is Camilla Osborne?
As I mentioned earlier, I’m Camilla Osborne — Wife, Mom of 3, Speaker, Best-Selling Author, and Renowned Keto Coach.
Let me share a little bit of my story with you.
My journey into Keto started in 2009 after being really sick of feeling ashamed to look at myself in the mirror. Before getting married, I was a health and fitness junkie, but after three kids + life happening to me…I began compromising on my health.
And boom! Just like that, I started piling up those unwanted extra pounds (like a medal) until I suddenly started having health complications.
Needless to say, that was one of the lowest periods of my life. I was depressed, exhausted, and older-looking. I knew I was in a mess and desperately needed a sustainable way of getting back into shape.
In the midst of all of that, I was fortunate enough to accidentally stumble on keto in 2010 and it changed my life completely.
That same year, I lost 78 pounds and restored my health and youthful looks. After that experience, I was inspired to launch a mission to support women all over the world in starting their own Keto weight loss journey.
With that said, I’m NOT claiming to know everything about Keto…even though I’ve practiced Keto religiously for the past 10 years! My approach with Keto has always been to keep learning every day and sharing what has worked for me with my audience.

What is a Keto Diet?
Alright, it’s time to demystify Keto once-and-for-all. So, what exactly is a Keto diet or Ketogenic diet?
In layman terms, a Keto diet is one that principally constitutes low-carbs, where the body is essentially forced into a state known as ketosis. In ketosis, your body uses fat as the primary fuel source.
And just to quickly add, unlike what some people think, Keto is NOT a fad diet. In fact, Keto has been around for well over 100 years and is practiced in several parts of the world because it has a lot of health benefits!
